Technical Production

The Chevy “Real People” campaign recruited non-actor participants to engage in a marketing focus group for their broadcast commercials. In this particular spot, we were asked to create a sandboxed system that allowed for participants to select a custom emoji on a mobile device which was instantaneously visible on a large display. To achieve this, we created a standalone database running on a Mac Mini and linked it to a custom web app set up on iPhones supplied by the production team.
